I build connective tissue between teams that don't talk enough, between creative instinct and business reality, and between what a product can do and what a customer actually needs. I work with a tempered sense of instinct and think expansively by nature. The most valuable thing I can do in any organization is sit at the intersection and make things move and grow.

There is no irony in the fact my roots are in education. Much of my approach to work comes from my foundation as a teacher. Working with children helped me develop a deep appreciation for empathy, structure, expectation setting and growth. My formative years in the classroom have shaped every role since.

After teaching, I became a self-taught fullstack developer while living abroad, then spent nearly a decade in the fast-paced digital agency space, building software, leading teams, and directing delivery. I transitioned into SaaS product management, then into sales and GTM enablement as a solutions consultant. Each move looked lateral from the outside, but from the inside it was always the same pull: get close enough to understand something, then figure out how it connects to everything else.

I stopped apologizing for not fitting into a box long ago. As a nonbinary, adopted Korean American who doesn't follow any MN sports (gasp), I've long stepped to the beat of my own drum. I don't do well in roles that require staying in a lane. I thrive where the problems are big, the team is small, and someone needs to make sure everything connects.
